Mô tả Công việc

A. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

A Senior Planning Executive develops the event show independently. He/ She liaises closely with other internal departments (especially Account - Creative - Film Depts) & external coordinators throughout campaigns on a daily basis to ensure that the event show well meets clients' expectation.

B. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning:

- Working closely with client/Project Leader to understand & identify client's briefs.

- Researching & brainstorming to devise a campaign that meets the client's requirements.

- Developing the proposal (partly or wholesome) under the directions of line manager.

- Managing timeline during the journey of planning process & make necessary adjustment until the directions are selected by the clients.

2. Show Development:

- Working closely with line manager to build up the concept, strategic direction, engagement ideas & mechanism for the event show.

- Briefing creative & film designers to execute the visuals. Ensuring the quality & consistency of art & project concept.

- Working with show producers/specialists to develop stage performances following the agreed direction.

3. People Management:

- Developing the team by coaching & training team members to improve skills.

4. Studying:

- Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Advertising & Communications that have been done locally or globally.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

A. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- At least 1-year experience of Planning in Event & Activation field.

- Experience across various brands, advertising, marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.

B. SKILLS:

1. Soft skills:

- Good time management.

- Planning & organizational skills.

- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative & insightful.

- Possess excellent analytical, strategic thinking & planning skills.

- Possess good presentation and writing skills.

2. Competency skills:

- Knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trends.

- Good written skill, particularly in relation to proposals & presentation.

- Good English in verbal & written communication.

- Having own style, clear attitude & point of view.

- Result-driven mindset with attention to detail.

- Being passionate & driven in everything you do & filtering that approach through the teams & the organization as a whole.
