Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Producer to join our Free Fire Esports team. You will play a critical role in shaping the production of our live Esports broadcasts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content for viewers. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver outstanding Esports events that enhance the Free Fire competitive scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce live Esports broadcasts. Craft show structure and source relevant show elements, assist in script review and talent development, test and incorporate new show builds and tech elements, build rundowns, and manage and brief partners and vendors towards the product vision.
- Manage the broadcast process from pre-production and load-in through wrap of show and load out.
- Manage the end-to-end process of art direction, event organization and video production (3D, MV, short film, iTVC) from idea generating to content execution. Develop innovative storytelling approaches and visual elements to captivate audiences.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders such as esports product team, marketing, commercial partnership etc. and external stakeholders and vendors to determine scheduling, verify show info, accommodate sponsorship stunts, align online content and crossovers, rehearse and execute shows, and address all other broadcast needs to visually enhance the Esports broadcast experience.
- Track and report on the performance of Live Broadcasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve Esports production quality.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet event requirements, fostering cohesion and efficiency with maximum effectiveness.
Who Are We Looking For
- At least 2 year of experience as a Producer in at least 2 areas, including: event production; Esports; broadcast; gaming industry. Having a portfolio showcasing successful content production projects.
- Familiarity with the Sports & Esports industry and trends, with experience in Live Show/Concert/Offline Event with over 500 participants is a plus.
- Being a game/Esports enthusiast is a must.
- Deep understanding of broadcast technology, equipment, and production workflows.
- Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and coordinate with various stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events with attention to detail and follow tight deadlines.
- Language: Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English.

Garena là nhà phát hành trò chơi trực tuyến của Singapore. Công ty phân phối các tựa game trên internet ở nhiều quốc gia tại châu Á cũng như châu Âu và châu Mỹ, bao gồm các trò chơi đấu trường trực tuyến nhiều người chơi (MOBA) như Heroes of Newerth, trò chơi bóng đá trực tuyến FIFA Online 4, trò chơi MOBA di động Liên Quân Mobile, trò chơi nhập vai Blade & Soul và nổi tiếng nhất là Liên Minh Huyền Thoại (nhưng đã trao lại quyền phát hành cho Riot Games và VNG từ ngày 6/1/2023).
Năm 2017, phát hành Garena Free Fire, với hơn 80 triệu người chơi hoạt động mỗi ngày tính đến tháng 5 năm 2020.
Vào năm 2019, Garena đã công bố kế hoạch tổ chức lại các lợi ích khác nhau của mình với tư cách là một tập đoàn trực thuộc Sea Limited. Garena hiện là một trong những công ty con của Sea Limited (chẳng hạn như công ty thương mại điện tử Shopee) và tiếp tục là công ty bảo trợ cho lợi ích chơi game của Sea Limite. Garena hiện vẫn còn đang vướng vào lùm xùm vào việc phát triển các tựa game gây ức chế với một số người dùng và game thủ nói chung.
