Job Details

Position: Manager of Finance and Accounting

Job Code: 109713

- Working location: Yen My, Hung Yen, Vietnam.

- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility

- Receive documents from departments, check reasonableness and validity, and record them into the accounting software.
- Receive inventory in out documents from production, check and approve
- Check payment documents
- Receive the files and documents of the new rolling mill project, store, post, and summarize the costs.
- Prepare and declare fixed asset records for each occurrence.
- Reconcile the accounting inventory ledger with the production department inventory ledger.
- Calculate depreciation of fixed assets and reconcile the balance with the trial balance.
- Review monthly production costs: raw materials, tools, and equipment, depreciation, outsourced services, etc.
- Calculate the cost of goods (average cost of inventory issued, set allocation rates, etc.).
- Manage and supervise sales and debt collection
- Prepare financial statement notes.
- Arrange and manage personnel of the FA department in Hung Yen
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Company's Chief Accountant.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting
・Gender: Any 
・Age: 30-40
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience:  Have at least 2 years of working experience as Accounting Manager/Chief Accountant (Preferably experience in a Manufacturing company). 
・Others: 
+ Proficient in using office information technology, and accounting software
+ Good thinking, quick to adapt to the working environment, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure... 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Preferably graduated from the Academy of Finance and National Economics University
- Have Chief Accountant Certificate
