Lead the QA efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that all features and functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Perform both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks.
Report on QA activities, test results, and quality metrics to QA manager and project stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
Fluent communication in English is an advantageSalary & bonus regime
