Marketplace Management:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Lazada and Tiktok to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for Lazada and Tiktok.
• Ensure all product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.

Affiliate Program Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales.
• Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, provide support, and ensure compliance with program policies.
• Create and distribute marketing materials and resources for affiliates.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketplace and affiliate activities with overall business goals.
• Align with Shopee account managers and other external partners to enhance our marketplace presence and resolve any issues.

Required Qualification 

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably on Lazada and Tiktok. 
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices. 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 

Preferred Qualification 

• Proficient in using e-commerce and marketing tools and platforms. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
