Key tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor and record inventories (parts and cars) input and output in system.
Issue VAT invoices for parts, cars and others.
Monitor and record transactions regarding payable and receivable accounts, cash and bank accounts and relevant expenses in ERP system.
File payment documents, importation documents, etc. in accordance with accounting standards and the Law prescribed.
Reconcile bank on a weekly and monthly basis.
Reconcile vendor and customer balances on a monthly basis.
Be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business's accounting and reporting functions.
Do the month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy of all transactions incurred in the month.
Other tasks upon request.

Requirements and Attitude:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
1-3 years working experience.
Be able to use ERP software is preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proficient use of office computers, especially proficient use of Excel functions.
