The Opportunity:

As the Associate Director of Flights Marketing, you will be in charge of guiding the growth and development of Agoda’s Flights business. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, product teams, and data analysts, you will explore new growth opportunities, design and analyze marketing experiments, and develop strategic frameworks to optimize operations. You will also help balance the P&L to ensure that we achieve our yearly business objectives

In this Role, You’ll Get to:

• Lead strategic direction and vision for Flights Marketing initiatives to drive business growth
• Run competitive analysis and extract actionable insights to guide marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment plans for markets and channels
• Oversee and scale marketing initiatives, including pricing, metasearch, PPC and digital ads
• Set up operational processes to monitor business-critical success metrics and put in place the right team, structure and frameworks required to succeed
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy/business operations ideally in a growing tech company with a global footprint
• Strong analytical mindset, especially with respect to experimental design and measurement
• Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality
• Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management

• Experience in the travel sector, specifically flights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
• Passion for innovation and a hands-on approach to challenges
