Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, C-level client relationship management and servicing.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam technology and advertising landscape, with strong understanding of Retails, Telco, Gaming, and Apps industries in the market.
  • Understanding of digital advertising solutions and media products; knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Ability to mentor team members and work towards goals in a fast-paced environment.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
  • Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers, and advise on digital trends.
