This involves analyzing market trends, competitor sales, promotion activity, and customer behavior. • Data Analysis and Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to track sales trends, identify product items or promotion for sales improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the online store's performance. • Digital Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team and Merchandising team to create and execute effective online sales campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. This could involve managing Livestream and other Online, Offline sales activities • Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the online buying journey. This might involve overseeing website usability, product information accuracy, and managing the efficiency of the checkout process. • Team Management: daily following up customer service feedback for order operation status, order cancellation analysis and solving customer complain if any. • Coordinating with relevant department: daily following up closely with Warehouse and Delivery team to ensure the order operation completion by timeline and optimize order operation cost.Knowledge: • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in a similar industry to your business (if relevant). • Experience selling FMCG brand on E-commerce sites / Marketplace site is advantage Other Skill: How to use computer (excel, Power point, platform order operation is an advantage) Stock analysisNghỉ phép có lương 12 days per year Đào tạo Professional training
