As Human Resources Admin Manager, you will be providing oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of process related to administration and legal system, recruitment and employee retention, compliance, implementing compensations and benefits, talent and development.
Main duties
· Main administrative duties include overseeing up-to-date maintenance of personnel records, proper management of HR documents such as employment records and onboarding guides, and updating internal databases. An ideal candidate must have experience with HR procedures and one who can juggle various administrative tasks promptly.
· Actively provides HR consultation to BOD, business partners through regular touch points, operations team process
· Provide advice and recommendation to line managers on compensation and benefits policy and procedures.
· Implement company-wide HR programs, system and processes for business teams, company culture
· Understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly with team leaders as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
· Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met.
· Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
· Enhances the organization’s culture, human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
· Maintains compliance with state authorities, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance (SHUI, PIT, etc.)
· Up to date knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
· Other tasks which are related to the above listed duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the similar role. Experience in retail and fashion industry are highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge and strong application of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent in communication both verbal & written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent inter-personal skills and able to communicate across all levels within the organisation
