Responsible for managing all aspects of fit and wear testing for PUMA footwear products. Provide expertise and guidance to ensure that Puma footwear meets and exceeds customer expectations in terms of comfort, durability, and overall performance.

PRODUCT TESTING:

• Identify and select appropriate testing methodologies and equipment to evaluate comfort, fit, and durability of footwear products.
• In collaboration with Development and HQ Product testing, develop and implement comprehensive fit and wear testing procedures and guidelines to ensure an aligned and structured product testing at source
• Drive the setup of standardized T1 PDC fit and wear testing program and facilities
• Train the Factory Product Testing teams to ensure the product testing is following PUMA standards in execution and evaluation.
• Maintain testing protocols, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all testing procedures.
• Ensures that product testing feedback and judgement calls of the T1 factories are done based on the given PUMA guidelines for Fit, Comfort, Performance and Durability within the given timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. development, engineering and manufacturing to understand the specific requirements for each footwear product.
• Share and discuss test results with Development, Marketing and Design in Performance Line Review Meetings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new testing methods, safety standards and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the testing process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all testing activities, including test reports, data analysis, and product performance evaluations.
• Develop and enhace IT tools to collect feedback from the testers with appropriate questionnaire within the indicated timelines.
• Analyze perception test results based on consumer feedback and product condition and assess risk level of claims and defective returns.
