What You Will Do?

Monitor & Maintain: Oversee system health, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure seamless operations.
Ensure Code Excellence: Enforce best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize system performance.

✅ Technical Expertise:

Experience with high- traffic systems, real- time processing, and database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
Strong experience in Frontend (ReactJs, Vue, Angular) & Backend (NodeJs, Java, Python, Go).
Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years as a Tech Lead or Senior with leadership experience.

✅ Leadership & Problem- Solving:

Strong critical thinking & analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
Passion for mentorship & team development.

✅ Business Mindset:

Ability to align tech solutions with business goals and drive impact.
Understanding of product lifecycle & agile methodologies.
