SAIGON AUTO SUPPORTING INDUSTRY

• Handle all matters related to Corporate Legal and Compliance to mitigate legal risks of Frasers Property's business and operation.
• Carry out licensing works related to establishment of new companies, investment and business registration, trademark registration etc.
• Prepare, draft, analyze contracts and negotiate contract terms related to a variety of customers, vendors, trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect Frasers' legal and business interests. Contracts shall be in both English and Vietnamese.
• Prepare, draft and review correspondences, memos, non-disclosure agreements, contract related documents for various departments.
• Prepare, draft, review and standardize the Company's policies as well as ensuring its implementation in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with specialist external counsels and local authorities as and when required.
• Facilitate meetings of Board of Directors and annual/extra ordinary General Shareholders including preparation of agendas, taking meeting minutes and circulation for signatories.
• Provide support and legal consultation to stakeholders.
• Prepare materials and deliver trainings on legal topics relevant to the business, and advise business on legal trends and developing areas of law.
• Manage and control the legal document filling system and solving any corporate legal issues.
• Maintain and update the Legal Team's knowledge center and other guides provided to stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by General Manager, Head of Legal and Legal Manager.

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in law.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience from law firm, in-house or government legal advisor,
focusing on matters related to real estate, land issues and construction.
• Prior working experience at a real estate developer is a huge advantage.
• Wide knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
• Strong fiduciary focus.
• Effective interpersonal and cross-organizational communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new issues and subject areas quickly, sense of humor and
focus when working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure, having responsible and can-do
attitude
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
