Job Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients to market the company's service products.
- Act as a point of contact and handle consumers' requirements.
- Create new business through existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve problems and deliver solutions to customers quickly.
- Report the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets that fit with business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as quarterly sales figures and annual estimates.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and discover areas for growth.
- At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing with solid account management technique exposure; preferable candidate to have experience with service products in medical devices.
- Demonstrates success in multi-stakeholder environments and a strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and compliance
- Outstanding writing and vocal communication and presenting skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the capacity to distill complicated challenges into simple solutions and messages.
- Must be extremely motivated, results-oriented, active, and able to multitask in a dynamic, fast growing organization.
- Hands-on sales experience and the ability to provide exceptional client service
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Understanding the sales success metrics
- Requirements for this position include timely project delivery and problem-solving skills.
- BSc degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Biotronics, Biological Engineering...or relevant field
