• Assume responsibility for preparation and design of the internal and external communication collaterals either printed or electronic​
• To assume responsibility of guardian of IC and sub-brand logos which includes responsibility for the correct use of all F&B, SPA, Outlets logos and sub-brand logos in all communication​
• To assume and maintain guardianship of the IHG graphics standards manual, ensuring that all suppliers and partners adhere to these standards and procedures outlined in this manual. ​
• To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the DOMC/DOSM.​
• To provide courteous and professional service at all times​
• Monitors existing collaterals and update information to maximise business and streamline communication​
• Services existing business through management of projects in conjunction with the respective owner.(Internal-External)​
• Support to manage all departments’ expectations and deadlines ​
• Design the best and most attractive and effective collaterals.​
• Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence.​
• Ensure up to date knowledge of market dynamics locally, regionally and internationally to provide valuable input towards hotel’s strategy development plan​
• Supports marketing through innovation and proactively​
• Maintain an appropriate and updated trace file for the project​

-12 annual leace days/years (for the first 5 years, then 01 additional day per year for every 5 years of service)

- Public Holidays per yearAs per VN law (as current: 11 public holidays of Vietnam)

-Service Charge:90% of Service Charge to be paid to colleagues. 10% will be held back for breakages and team activities. If fund is not used by the end of the business year, remains will be transferred to Colleague Activities Fund.

-Uniform:Appropriate uniforms and shoes are provided

-Laundry: Free laundry for uniform

- Meals / per working day:Duty Meal will be provided in staff Cafeteria

- Annual Hotel Bonus 13TH MONTH SALARY:13th Month salary subject to business situation and final decision from GM and Owner

-Long Service Award / Seniority Bonus: Eligibility:

+Employee with seniority of 3/5/7 and 10 years with the Company (including probation period)

+Reward amount:

-3 year achievement: 500k VND

-5 year achievement: 1M VND

-7 year achievement: 2M VND

• Should have undergone diploma/degree in Graphic Designing from a recognised institute.​
• Hotel marketing experience will be an added advantage.
