Key Responsibilities

1. Support Strategic Business Planning

Conduct market research and analyze data to assist in developing actionable strategies.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business plans to ensure alignment with company goals.

Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to inform critical decisions.

2. Manage and Coordinate Operations

Organize and manage the Deputy General Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

3. Build and Maintain Partnerships

Support the development and expansion of strategic partnerships.

Prepare presentations and documentation for high-level meetings.

Represent DDS Petro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

4. Manage Information and Decision Support

Collect, analyze, and present business-related information to support strategic decisions.

Ensure confidentiality and effective management of critical company information.

Fluency in English; experience in international environments is an advantage.
