Work Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Quality Engineer (level II) is responsible for managing Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) operations and ensuring product quality for high-precision machining manufacturing. This role works closely with Engineering and Production teams to deploy quality processes, support new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) operations.
• Implement and maintain quality engineering documentation including 3D models, blueprints, work instructions, inspection sheets, and control plans.
• Create, modify, and manage CMM programs; deploy First Article Inspection (FAI) for new products and processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Prototyping teams to transfer quality requirements for new or customized products.
• Translate quality engineering documents into Vietnamese to support shopfloor execution.
• Establish and improve quality procedures, methods, and controls to enhance yield and process stability.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality planning, inspection reporting, calibration activities, and shipping readiness.
• Train and develop quality inspectors and operators on quality standards and inspection methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in high-precision machining or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience operating and programming CMM machines.
• Strong capability in reading 2D drawings and deep understanding of GD&T.
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD softwarb such as SolidWorks or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of machining processes and hard metal cutting conditions.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
