Work Location: Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai: 2 roles

Warehouse Intern Responsibilities

• Record all transactions for receiving goods, raw materials, and finished products in the ERP system.
• Print warehouse labels for inbound goods in compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
• Process all transactions for issuing goods, raw materials, and finished products from the ERP system.
• Verify that outbound finished products match both physical stock and ERP records, and complete all required dispatch documentation.
• Handle internal stock transfers, including location changes and movements between regular, RMA, and MRB warehouses.
• Conduct inventory counts according to scheduled cycles: daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including common formulas.

Planner Intern Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of all production orders daily, promptly identifying delays or changes. Update notes and remarks in the daily production plan to maintain accuracy.
• Compile and prepare consolidated reports summarizing production order status, highlighting completed tasks, pending work, and issues requiring attention from production or planning teams.
• Participate in internal meetings on production planning and progress reviews. Take clear, accurate meeting minutes and ensure action items and responsibilities are properly documented and communicated.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and English.

Eligibility

• Majors: Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Working Time: Available to work at least 4 days per week.
• Internship Duration: 3 months.
