We are seeking a capable and proactive .NET Developer & System Support Specialist, dedicated to supporting our ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This dual-role position requires the candidate to spend approximately 50% of their time on .NET application development, and 50% on system support for end users and daily operations across the ERP/WMS platforms.

1. Understand company policies and processes, applying them effectively in daily support tasks.

2. Provide guidance to users on system usage, ensuring ease of operation and problem resolution.

3. Conduct training sessions for users on new software features and system updates.

4. Preferably have experience with WMS or other ERP systems for better user assistance.

5. Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.

6. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

7. Deploy and support in-house developed applications.

8. Track ongoing system-related tasks and ensure timely issue resolution.

9. Encourage users to follow best practices and assist with troubleshooting system-related concerns.

10. Utilize logical thinking to align support strategies with user expectations.

11. Recommend process improvements that enhance system usability and user productivity.

12. Stay updated with new technologies relevant to system support and user training.

13. Assess existing system functionalities and suggest enhancements for improved efficiency.

14. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless system operations that meet user needs.

15. Carry out additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the IS Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

·     1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

·     Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

·     2+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC/WebAPI).

·     Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

·     Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

·     Familiarity with Visual Studio, IIS, and Git.

·     Experience with IT support tools like helpdesk systems, Active Directory.

·     Basic understanding of networking and Windows Server environments.

·     Experience in customizing applications to meet business needs is a plus.

·     English proficiency is a plus.

·     Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.

·     Skilled in problem-solving and technical issue resolution.

·     Capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
