ABOUT US

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Create accurate digital 2D and 3D patterns based on tech packs, sketches, or CAD files.
• Use 3D software to simulate fabric drape, fit, and construction.
• Collaborate with product developers, and technical teams to translate creative ideas into production-ready virtual samples.
• Adjust patterns based on feedback from fitting sessions and ensure alignment with construction techniques.
• Support sampling team by providing pattern files
• Maintain digital pattern library and 3D assets.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure patterns meet manufacturability and efficiency standards.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in pattern making, with at least 1 year in 3D garment design.
• Proficient in Cloth 3D Modelling design tools or relevant tools
• Solid knowledge of garment/headwear construction.
• Skilled in mold/blocking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Basic English
• Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.
• Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
