Filling a gap in the Vietnamese consumer market, House of Barbaard opened its doors; a unique Gentlemen’s concept aiming to provide a full Gentleman's grooming, shopping and drinking experience with high quality standards. Following the success of House of Barbaard, the company moved into retail and developed their own line of fashion and accessories. Currently, the company has built a strong presence in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
As the Finance Manager in Hanoi, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and integrity of the organization. We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and a keen eye for optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on revenue optimization and cost management.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
- Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify areas for potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle funds.
- Collaborate with banking partners to optimize financial transactions.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Coordinate financial activities across departments and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to finance team members.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with local and international financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25-30M based on experience bonus based on Sale KPI, plus 13th month salary.
- Weekly working hours: 40 hours.
- 20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
- Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
- 20% discount on company products and 50% staff discount on all F&B services for your personal consumption.
- Sales incentive.
