Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Budget set and completing task assigned to Vietnam & Philippines by successfully manage the direct customers and distributors.
- Operate sales activities in most cost-effective way and achieve maximum revenue. Support sales activities as required in the region or globally and manage within allocated expenses budget.
- Co-ordinate Transfer Projects with according to “Fair Rewards” program guidelines.
- Strategize sales plan and utilize global resources to penetrate Key Focus Customers.
- Develop in-depth and sustainable customer relationships with company Key Accounts. Expand the network within the account and maintain company as primary solution provider.
- Initiate unique requirement projects with R&D involvement. Co-ordinate these projects with Application Engineer to meet customer needs.
- Timely update current market competition information to company Corporation internal team or by monthly updates.
- Assist in developing & implementing Channel Partner Expectation & Goal setting with Distribution Management. Measure performance of each Channel Partner according to “Scorecard” and suggest for improvement plan when needed.
- Provide technical support to Channel Partners and develop opportunities to achieve company growth objective.
- Collaboration with Channel Partners to manage sales leads effectively, by follow up, review and feedback to company internal team timely.
- Furbish Channel Partners’ salesman with company technology and product know-how. Effectively penetrate the target market, meet customers requirement, and close win opportunities.
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing industry. Medical, electronics and sub-contracting business-related experience are advantageous
- Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be advantageous.
- Equipped with multitask, organization, critical thinking, excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in managing industry distributors.
- Obtained at least a degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.

Năm 2011, tập đoàn Haier mua lại doanh nghiệp Sanyo, bao gồm trung tâm nghiên cứu và phát triển (R&D), nhà máy, công ty bán hàng, 7000 nhân viên, 1151 tài sản trí tuệ và thương hiệu AQUA - thương hiệu con của thương hiệu máy giặt Sanyo. Năm 2012, Haier chính thức ra mắt thương hiệu AQUA tại Nhật Bản. Từ năm 2014, AQUA có mặt tại Việt Nam, thay thế cái tên Sanyo và chính thức khởi đầu hành trình mang tên AQUA Việt Nam.
Năm 2015, trung tâm R&D của Haier Asia được xây dựng tại Nhật Bản, là một trong những trung tâm R&D lớn nhất trong số những công ty nước ngoài tại Nhật, với vốn đầu tư lên đến hơn 7 tỷ Yên. Tại đây, AQUA đã cho ra đời những sản phẩm tinh tế với công nghệ tiên tiến và chất lượng hàng đầu. Một trong những sản phẩm nổi bật chính là công nghệ giặt IoT được ra mắt tại Nhật Bản năm 2017, chỉ sau 2 năm thành lập trung tâm R&D. Sau đó, AQUA Laundromat nhanh chóng chiếm hơn 70% thị phần, và đến năm 2018, AQUA đã trở thành thương hiệu máy giặt thương mại số 1 tại thị trường Nhật Bản.
