Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Documentation Operations Specialist (DocOps) to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows that transform the way we produce, manage, and deliver technical documentation. This role sits at the intersection of Documentation, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence—ideal for someone passionate about automation, content quality, and scalable systems.

• Architect and implement AI/ML-powered solutions (e.g., generative AI, NLP, LLMs) to accelerate content creation, review, and maintenance processes.
• Build pipelines that integrate with CI/CD systems and documentation platforms (e.g., Markdown, Docusaurus, ReadTheDocs, Confluence).
• Collaborate with technical writers, engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation.
• Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts (e.g., prompt templates, content validators, auto-summarizers, translation/localization bots).
• Design quality assurance systems using AI to detect inconsistencies, outdated content, or missing documentation.
• Champion and implement structured content practices (e.g. MDX, YAML-based documentation configs).
• Stay on top of AI trends and evaluate new technologies or APIs that could benefit the doc toolchain.
• Educate internal teams on best practices for AI-assisted authoring and maintain documentation for internal tools.

• Bachelor's in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a DocOps, DevOps, or technical documentation role.
• Experience with LLMs and AI/ML platforms and solutions
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and systems (e.g., Git, static site generators, API docs)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP systems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset, adaptable to changing requirements and new domains.
• Self-starter attitude, capable of independent learning and problem-solving.
