Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is currently seeking for a Operation & Leasing Manager to leading and managing all sales activities for F&B segment, including networking and supporting tenants, managing brand staff and supervising the floor, participating in the fitting-out process, promoting sales through events coordinated with brands and control brands revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Floor Operation

- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical and safety in Front of House (FOH) / Back of House (BOH) / warehouse (if any) of F&B tenants and activities issues at the floor on operation time

- Keep track of stock availability, for display, and for sales in store, discuss with the tenants to ensure stock sufficiency

- Supervise brand staff services, review the situation and request cooperation from the tenants in brand staff management in accordance with Lotte’s regulation

- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff and handle customers complaints in accordance with Lotte Mall regulations

- Collaborate with Facility Management/ Design team and related departments to ensure facilities and utilities in the mall is always up to standards.

2. F&B Leasing

- Supervise and keep track with retail market to create potential vendor list in F&B category 

- Maintain and build up partnership with current tenants and potential tenants to evaluate business performance plan and strategies of them

- Build and report T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize T&C, and Tenancy Agreement, MOU

- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date and proceed related procedures

- Resolve requests for support of tenants related to T&C and lease contracts during the contract execution

- Evaluate operation efficiency of brands in our store to make replacement plan, thereby maximize profit and improve image of our company

3. Sales & Marketing Event

- Update about the brand’s marketing campaign, guide and supervise the team’s staff in charge to make marketing plan and implement with the tenants.

- Propose and lease common areas for pop-up stores in shopping mall with brand that is on trend in the market; cooperate with other departments to review and approve for brand setup and opening at these areas.

- Cooperate with Sales Planning Team to organize and implement the marketing campaigns, in order to boost sales and attract customers.

- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands

4. Tenants Operation

- Fitting-Out: Cooperate, supervise the tenants in fire-fighting works including design, approval, construction and inspections in accordance with applicable laws and of Lotte.

- Payment: Work with Finance Team to handle finance-related issues in the contracts and in actual operation; Manage and confirm brand sales modifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in shopping mall operations, leasing, or retail property management, preferably in the F&B sector.

- Experience in Manager and Leader positions, preferably in the F&B chain.

- Strong knowledge of mall operations, customer experience, and F&B trends.

- Understanding of leasing processes, contract negotiation, and tenant management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Business English (Korean can be a plus).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
