Mô Tả Công Việc

Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi - the shopping mall which shall be the 1st curated lifestyle mall in Vietnam which have a 5-floor shopping mall, cinema, hypermarket, and aquarium. Currently, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is looking for a Sales Planning & Marketing Manager to design and lead our team towards building a luxury brand name and gaining impressive sales revenue for the shopping mall.

1. Strategic Planning
- Strategic planning and making proposal for sales activities, marketing and customer relation management through building strategic relationships with customers and customer data systems
- Promotion plan: Responsible for giving ideas and planning promotional campaigns to come up with event concept, timeline, voucher rates to maximize sales target
- Customer relationship management: Construct and develop member promotion campaign (benefit, gift, exclusive promotion…)
- Voucher management: Management of issuance, distribution and usage of shopping vouchers; Combine with brands to issue and optimize shopping vouchers allocation
- Partnership: Co-operate with other business to create mutual benefits container programs

2. Advertising & Marketing
- Be in charge of all marketing activities: images, print-ads, TVC, adaption… of each campaign; Build and create both on and off-line advertisement plan; Manage the allocation of advertising between different channels
- Ensure the shopping mall's communication channels are always updated with comprehensive information, trend-catching contents and on-going marketing programs are always under efficiency measurement
- Work with agencies in order to plan and conduct effective campaign
- In charge of organizing and implementing promotion events of the company

3. Sales Analysis & Market Research
- Manage, estimate, analyse daily/monthly sales of shopping mall
- P&L, Budget analysis and management
- Market Research: Collect information related to Vietnam market. Analyze sales historical records & forecast sales trends, product categories…

4. Other duties

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing and related major is prefered;
- At least 5 year-experience in the Marketing & Sales in Retail, Shopping Mall field;
- At least 2 year-experience in Manager position;
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese;
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivation;
- Working time: Mon - Fri (8 hours/day)
