1. Warehouse Operations:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, stock checks, and overall material and finished goods (FGs) handling.
Oversee the efficient use of warehouse space and facilities, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for receiving, issuing, and dispatching materials.
2. Inventory Management:
Conduct weekly cycle counts to monitor and verify physical stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods against system records.
Ensure compliance with inventory standards and address discrepancies promptly.
3. Budget & Cost Management:
Monitor and manage warehouse operational costs to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives in logistics, inventory handling, and warehouse operations.
Prepare cost analyses and reports for senior management to support decision-making.
4. Process Optimization:
Collaborate with logistics third-party providers to ensure seamless transportation of exported goods.
Ensure the Green Coffee Tipping & Cleaning process operates effectively and supplies the roasting area efficiently, addressing tipping losses as needed.
Monitor raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) deliveries to meet production schedules.
5. Team Management:
Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare routine reports such as time attendance, 5S performance, safety metrics, overtime & leave records, forklift utilization, and other key operational metrics.
Analyze and propose corrective actions for any non-conformities.
Report obsolete and rejected materials to the Senior Manager/Manager with recommendations for resolution.
7. Safety & Compliance:
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the warehouse and its surroundings to meet safety and operational requirements.
Ensure all material-handling equipment is operated safely and efficiently by the warehouse team.
8. Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and implementation of corrective actions for identified issues.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong understanding of logistics workflows.
Hands-on experience with SAP system operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language Skills:Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Technical Proficiency:Skilled in using SAP systems and MS Office for reporting and data management.
Warehouse Operations Expertise:Deep knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and operational optimization.
Leadership Skills:Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
Analytical Thinking:Capable of analyzing operational data, generating insights, and implementing corrective actions.
Cost Management:Experience in managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities in warehouse and logistics operations.
Safety & Compliance:Strong commitment to maintaining safe and compliant work environments.
