Panasonic Sales Vietnam is now looking for a Corporate Marcom Senior Executive (1-year contract) in Hanoi as below:

* Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Communication

• Execute brand communication plans in line with approved marketing strategies
• Ensure brand image and key messages are consistent across all online and offline touchpoints
• Support the development and application of brand guidelines, key messages, and tone of voice suitable for young target audiences (Gen Z, Young Millennials)

2. Campaign Management & Activation

• Execute IMC campaigns including product launches, peak-season campaigns, and insight-driven youth campaigns
• Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, KOL/Influencer) throughout campaign execution
• Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign performance; propose optimization actions when necessary

3. Content & Digital Marketing

• Lead and manage content direction across digital channels: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website, online PR platforms, etc
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to produce engaging content (social posts, videos, key visuals, PR articles)
• Monitor and evaluate content performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, etc

4. PR & KOL/Influencer Marketing

• Implement PR activities for brand and product communication across online media channels
• Plan and manage collaborations with KOLs/Influencers aligned with brand positioning and young consumer profiles

5. Market Research & Consumer Insight

• Support market research activities to identify consumer insights, communication trends, and market dynamics
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement and differentiation

6. Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Product teams to ensure communication aligns with business and sales objectives
• Support internal communication activities and brand events when required

* Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing/Communication roles; experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, or youth-oriented brands is a strong advantage
• Solid experience in IMC campaigns, digital marketing, content development, and PR
• Hands-on experience working with creative, media, and KOL agencies
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Creative mindset with strong sensitivity to youth trends and digital platforms
• Be willing to sign 1-year contract
