JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer with extensive experience in Flutter and a good understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting mobile applications into SDKs, managing mobile SDK integrations, and overseeing the complete mobile app release lifecycle. Prior experience in the fintech or banking sector is highly desirable, and mobile development certifications will be a significant advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mobile Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Leverage Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) where required for cross-platform solutions.
• Develop modular and reusable SDKs from existing mobile applications.

SDK Development & Integration:

• Create, document, and maintain APIs for seamless mobile SDK integrations.
• Collaborate with third-party developers and teams to ensure smooth integration of SDKs.

Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire mobile app release lifecycle, including version management and deployment to app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).
• Manage versioning strategies to handle app updates, rollbacks, and deprecations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable app release processes.

Fintech/Banking Expertise:

• Ensure mobile apps and SDKs meet security and compliance standards, including those specific to fintech or banking industries (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address domain-specific challenges, such as transaction security and data privacy.

Best Practices & Mentorship:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development with a focus on Flutter.
• Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or strong willingness to learn.
• Proven experience in converting mobile apps into SDKs and creating robust integration documentation.
• Expertise in mobile SDK integration and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app release lifecycle management and version control strategies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern mobile app architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP).
• Strong understanding of mobile app store requirements, release pipelines, and submission processes.
• Experience in fintech or banking domains with knowledge of security and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as:

• Flutter Certified Application Developer
• Google Associate Android Developer
• Certified Mobile Application Developer (CMAD)
• Experience with tools like Firebase App Distribution, Crashlytics, and Sentry.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise, Fastlane, Jenkins).
• Understanding of containerized deployment using tools like Docker or Kubernetes
