The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Manager of Salesforce Architecture to lead, manage, and drive initiatives across our Salesforce Platform, including Go-To-Market, CPQ, and Service Cloud, as well as all other integrations across the enterprise. The successful candidate will develop strategies to align Salesforce architecture with business objectives, oversee Salesforce implementations, and promote an agile, data-driven environment across all technology initiatives.
What We Need From You
Salesforce Platform
- Lead the architecture for configuration & development of the Salesforce Platform team.
- Coach and mentor the local team to improve productivity.
- Manage the agile methodology and delivery of sprints every 2 weeks to maximize delivery of enhancements, data improvements, and platform improvements.
- Increase the production of the team above current 20% YoY growth in delivery through knowledge transfers, process improvements, training, etc. such that speed and productivity increase.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp increased numbers of team members as the business grows.
- Implement a strategy to ensure data hygiene/data quality in Salesforce
- User administration and audit, ensuring efficient use of Salesforce Licenses and purchased features.
- Support the deployment and ongoing configuration of other sales applications integrated with Salesforce including Hubspot, Clari, Allbound, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and etc. as we scale the business.
- Support the development and enhancement of Omnichannel, telephony integration and Service Cloud configurations for CX department.
- Enterprise Applications
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team to ensure support creating a Data Master within OPSWAT Data Lake. This includes proposing and implementing a middleware layer to facilitate near real-time data updates.
- Improve integration and data alignment with other Internal Products like My OPSWAT Portal, OPSWAT Connect
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that data management and application integration align with business objectives.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within Salesforce and across all integrated applications.
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, in collaboration with Digital Transformation team, to extract valuable insights and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to monitor the performance of business systems, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience on a worldwide basis.
- Provide 24x5 support to Salesforce & associated applications. Be able to diagnose and triage the issue at times across multiple systems.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead efforts to ensure cybersecurity measures are in place across business systems platforms, with a particular focus on data security in Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with significant exposure to Go-To-Market Business Applications with deep experience in Salesforce specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Configuration, Pricing, & Quoting. Experience in other Go-To-Market systems is helpful too.
- 5 years prior experience with cybersecurity or SaaS firm having scaled their Go-To-Market applications in a high growth environment.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the GTM processes across sales, marketing, and post sales success.
- Prior experience leading business systems teams for a cyber security or SaaS firm in high growth mode. We want to hire someone who has already done this before.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to drive innovation and improve business processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within digital-first enterprises.
