Vendor Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.

Cost Negotiation and Budget Management:

• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage procurement budgets..

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased materials.
• Ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed-upon quality specifications.

Supply Chain Optimization:

• Work closely with the logistics and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and availability of materials relevant to the plastic filler masterbatch industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• 3 years of experience in the field of purchasing raw materials for factories
• 1 year of experience in the field of plastic purchasing is an advantage
