1.New process development

Responsible for new process development

• Leads process development using Lean Product Development method and Sonion Development Methodology (SDM) in order to bring the product to released status within the committed timeline and with the committed quality level and product cost.
• Works closely together with Project manager, Product development engineer, Production engineer, Quality engineer, Application engineer, and R&D Engineer in Europe
• Gives input to project manager about the feasibility, timeline, and risks regarding the process development of the project.
• Reviews technical assessment of the work packages in the project charter relate to process. Assesses if work packages can be handled by the product team in Vietnam, and propose staffing of resource
• Early involved in the development project as contributor to the process/product concept choice. Assesses the process feasibility of the concepts for production, inputs to the design FMEA. Sets-up the preproduction line in cooperation with production engineering and together with product development engineer drives the product to release status
• Conducts process failure analysis in cooperation with product development engineer and production engineering. Drives all development related failure modes to a conclusion and implements the corrective actions
• Supplies process specifications to industrialization to build final equipment.
• Involve to sample development sample build in case process support need from product development team
• Improve process in production line for cost reduction

2. Process representative

Responsible for Process representative in released platforms and product variants

- is the first contact point as R&D support for the released platforms and variants regarding changes in processes

- is responsible for creating/updating the process validation and process specification for released production lines

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education : Background in related technical field or Master Degree is preferrable 
2. Professional Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in Process Development / NPI 

3. Knowledge of computer servicing: Microsoft Office, SolidWorks

4. Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

5. Other (e.g., competences):

·     Team player, open minded, honest, target driven

·     Transducer (or product) knowledge
