• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the lounge and bar.
• Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant
• Manage restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Collaborate with the sales department to plan, execute, and report on promotions and incentives aligned with events and seasons.
• Supervise and manage staff, ensuring adherence to processes and hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to and handle any emergency situations that may arise during food service operations.
• Prepare regular financial and asset management reports for the department.

• Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong team management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
• Good knowledge of F&B, F&B trends, with a main focus on healthy and vegan food and beverage options (prefer buffet), a business developer who can manage multiple outlets, trains the team and is well organized.
