EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Assistant to CFO with the following details:

1. Personal Assistant

• Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the VP.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Review and check all financial documents and reports before submission to the CFO.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitor and remind stakeholders of deadlines for financial reporting and other tasks set by VP.

2. Finance

• Assist the CFO in handling financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and compile financial data, reports, and summaries as needed.
• Deliver financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track the progress of financial projects assigned by the VP.
• Liaise with other departments to collect necessary information and ensure project progress.
• Provide regular updates to the VP on project status and timelines.

3. Other Tasks

• Complete all tasks assigned by the line manager.
