- Order Management:
Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production and sales needs.
- Logistics Coordination:
Arrange and track shipments, ensuring efficient transportation of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to customers.
- Vendor Communication:
Maintain regular communication with suppliers to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, quality, or delivery.
- Customer Demand Forecasting:
Analyze customer demand data to forecast future needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Work closely with the sales team to gather and interpret demand forecasts.
- Order Processing:
Handle customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Communicate order status updates to customers and address any issues or changes.
- Delivery Scheduling:
Schedule deliveries to customers based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer concerns and complaints.
Maintain positive relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.- Background in foreign trade or import/export.
- Ability to prioritize and think critically during busy workflow periods.
- Comfortable working in a role requiring regular interactions with various employees within the company.
- Good PC skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PP).
