* Public Relations
- Ensure appearances are always presentable and professional, able to meet and host guests at any time.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, consumers, communities, and public interest groups.
- Planning of events to maintain favorable public views of the company's agenda and accomplishments.
- Prepare presentations, slides, pamphlets, and other information prior to visitors’ arrival.
- Greet guests and VIPs, give presentations, give tours, and give Q&A sessions.
- Elicit CSR donations and contributions from partners, suppliers, and other organizations.
- Perform charity on the company’s behalf.
- Maximize effectiveness by taking pictures and videos of events to compose into PR material and promote company.
* Business Development
- Respond to requests for information from interested parties.
- Improve company image by providing customer feedback to Design department and improve branding.
- Attend AmCham, CanCham, and EuroCham events in order to make new connections and promote name brand.
- Explore new and potential markets, customers, and channels.
- Collaborate with Universities on research grants, scholarships, internship and new graduate hires.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with new prospects.
- Service the needs of the company and reach out to the relevant connections.
* Administrative Tasks
- Ensure contact information is recorded and easily accessible.
- Attend Committee meetings.
- Create bi-lingual content such as pamphlets, brochures, presentations, etc.
- Research other companies, events, people, and best PR practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all channels of communication (email, LinkedIn, Zalo, etc.) are replied promptly and courteously.
