You Are:
An experienced layout design professional with at least 5 years of experience, advanced knowledge of custom layout, and a deep understanding of embedded memory. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Physics, or related fields. You excel in communication, documentation, and analytical skills, and enjoy coaching junior engineers.

You Are:
An experienced layout design professional with at least 5 years of experience, advanced knowledge of custom layout, and a deep understanding of embedded memory. - Improve layout development methods and procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Drive layout design innovation.
- Enhance layout development processes.
- Ensure high-quality designs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- 5+ years of layout design experience.
- Advanced custom layout and embedded memory knowledge.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Excellent communicator.
