Job Summary –

• Primarily responsible for the ordering material/equipment, management/inventory store/tools and plan of material.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

• Coordinate with all section heads to purchase the material for operation

• Coordinate with Purchasing Office and contact the supplier/contractor for requires quotation.

• Follow up the monthly physical inventory of Engineering Store, tools. assets and report.

• Follow up with Finance Department regarding the PO/contract process

• Take work order requests and follow up with the Engineers.

• Ensure the office is neat, tidy and well stocked with necessary supplies

• Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the material, equipment

• Ensure keep stock engineering store and ensure it is sufficient of spare parts

• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties

• Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices

• Prepare and raise purchases requisition for purchase store items

• Typing, preparing and collating reports and filing

• Prioritising workloads

• Liaising with relevant organisations

• Logging or processing bills or expenses

• Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients/supplier

Required Skills –

Qualifications –

• Diploma/ Certificate

Experience –

Minimum 1 years’ experience, or currently in similar position.
