• Internal Communications: Disseminate internal information (policies, culture, regulations, etc.) to foster a strong company culture.
• Channel Management: Oversee the company's communication channels, including the website, fanpage, and internal communication platforms.
• Event Planning: To enhance employee engagement, conceptualize, organize, and execute internal events and team-building activities.
• Event Participation: Participate in company events, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and other public relations activities.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• A university degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizing cultural and team-building events.
• Excellent writing skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including motivating, coordinating, and implementing tasks.
• Proficiency in facilitation and group dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about social and community activities.
• Creative and innovative with a flair for event planning.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, or playing an instrument are a plus.

Note: This position does not offer additional allowances.
