1. IT Budget and forecast

• Managing IT Budget (both OPEX & CAPEX) through planning, guiding, monitoring to ensure effective use.
• Monitor and update cost estimated for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.
• Quarterly cross-check and clarify all miss match and update forecasts according to business situation.

2. IT expenses

• Cross check actual payments to make sure all IT spends and payment are under IT Budget/Forecast, accurate and on time.
• Cooperate with related departments and external suppliers to receive, adjust docs for fulfilling payments process.

3. IT Accrual

• Review and balance all expenses to establish accrual on time and exactly at the end of the month.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.

4. IT Contract and Vendor

• Manage IT contracts and notify relevant departments of those about to expire.
• Participate in contract review with Purchasing department.
• Manage cycle payment of frame contract and continue process payment.

5. Reporting

• Analyze, report monthly IT cost, and coordinate with Finance Team to clarify and adjust.
• Review expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable and appropriate for the circumstances.

• Academic Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience in an Accounting or Finance-related position.
• Strong experience in budget management and forecast planning.
• Strong experience in Excel.
• Good English skills in reading and writing.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of common IT systems, terms and licenses is added advantage.
