1. Teacher and TA’s management and development
- Recruit teachers/TAs and give them the training/induction;
- Assist teachers + TAs to handle issues that arise, including difficulties with teaching, TA/school relationships, facilities, resources, and life in Hanoi
- Carry out formal and informal observations, as required during the academic year and during each of the 2 observation cycles with written and verbal feedback;
- Identify teachers who are underperforming, and support them through a Teaching Development Plan in preparation for follow-up observations.

2. Program coordination/ program quality control
- Along with scheduler, manage the teacher and TA’s teaching hours efficiency

3. Teaching duties
- Teach own Kindergarten lessons (up to 10 hours per week) and make these available for other teachers to observe, as a basis for discussing teaching.
- To be available for emergency cover
- Design and organize academic training/ sharing/workshops/ demo lessons… to selected students and teachers of the partner schools/ District DOETs/ DOET when required

4. Program/Course development
- Complete development academic projects including but not limit to build the textbooks, syllabus, course-outline, power point lessons, testing, reports..
- Test creation under the guidance and standardization of the Academic management;
- Resource creation/ management;
- Liaison to provide academic ideas for extra curricular activities, school events, attend and help organize them with Operation team.

5. Working Time: Mondays to Fridays only
