Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Teacher Management and Delivery Quality
- Manage Vietnamese Teacher team, maintain and uplift their academic quality through observation and performance review
- Provide daily support to teachers and TAs in all academic areas; lesson planning, exploitation of resources, familiarization with curriculum, facilities, personnel and policies etc
- Involve in hiring & training process, provide new teacher and TA inductions, training workshops, sharing sessions and teachers’ meetings with Academic Manager
- Manage Teacher sustainability in Teacher retention rate and maintain good feedback
2. Teaching Duties
- Teach their own classes (up to 24 hours/months)
- Provide cover in case of emergency and if fits with his/her schedule
3. Development Duties
- Develop a comprehensive annual professional development plan, including 3 ket segments of:
+ Teacher training & academic development
+ Material/Program development involvement
4. Working Time: Flexible, maximum 30h/week
- Weekdays: 16h30 - 21h30
- Weekend: 8 - 14h OR 13h30 - 18h

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age above 35. MA in English Pedagogy/ TEFL/ TESOL or CELTA is a must
- English proficiency is equivalent to C1 level or above
- Nice appearance, good communication, a team player
- At least 3 year-experience in academic management with a team of 5 or above
- At least 5 year-experience in teaching English to all levels (Primary, Secondary, Adults, IELTS)
- Having good knowledge about the English program at Public schools
- Experience in academic management in English Centers is highly preferred
- English proficiency is equivalent to C1 level or above
