Your Job

As an Engineer in Machine Maintenance, you will collaborate with your supervisor and other department managers to ensure the maintenance and improvement of machinery and equipment. Your role is critical to achieving quality, productivity, and output goals across injection and stamping lines.

Our Team

You will be part of the CCS division, working closely with all departments in the organization to troubleshoot machinery issues, implement improvements, and ensure seamless operations. The role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration across various functions.

What You Will Do

• Manage the maintenance and improvement of machinery, equipment, and tools to support operational targets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including robots, cameras, HMI, servo drives, inverters, PLC, CPS, and auxiliary equipment.
• Participate in debugging, adjustment, and testing processes to enhance machine performance.
• Collaborate with factory teams to develop requirements, set up, and test-run equipment and machinery.
• Address non-conformances in machine processes and implement corrective actions.
• Execute setup and repair of PLC, servo drives, and inverter programs, both basic and advanced.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and corporate standards, including 6S, KAIZEN, RBA, and EH&S.
• Support Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to production goals by aligning with departmental objectives.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in injection and stamping processes.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in performance assessment, standards creation, and workflow optimization.
• Skilled in on-the-job training, coaching, basic management, and Kaizen practices.
