PRIMARY PURPOSE: Support PJM for New Product Development processes, Transfer Product, Tooling and other
projects management in the plant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support for the connection related sections to new product or transfer product develop schedule.
Follow the action plan of other sections to ensure that this matches with total project plan.
Connection between design center and manufacturing plant to ensure product release as schedule.
2. Support to establish and review, product design, machines, tools, jigs design and modification. To provide an
overview of projects status.
3. Coordinate for products test, products transfer and new products development. Ensure that all new
products, transfer products and tooling comply with EHS requirements.
4. Support for GCA "Global Costing analysis". Responsible for it including quality, cost and lead time.
5. Clearly understand self's and section's goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
6. Be accountable for the compliance with rules, procedures, and requirements in terms of:
a. 5S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
7. Understand, support and contribute to current International Standards Organization (ISO) and
Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and
procedures.
8 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Technical Studies
PREFERRED: Statistical Application, Project Management
Understanding Costing Analysis and Tooling Strategy development.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: Min 3 years of Industrial working experience, with some supervisory experience
PREFERRED: • Preferably with 3 years in Project or Quality Management
• Able to handle fuzzy situations
• Some skills in handling customer requirements and good in System Thinking
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: 1. Good knowledge and skills of engineering and manufacturing processes
2. English (oral and written) or Chinese, Work planning, Problem-solving, Training
3. Kaizen and innovation skills
4. Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs,
5. Cost calculation
PREFERRED: Experience in SAP/ Project management/ Degree in Engineering, EconomicThưởng
