What You Will Do
Support the Production Supervisor in monitoring daily shift operations, including product quality, machine issues, productivity, and material concerns during mass production.
Qualify machine performance from NPI to MP phases in accordance with Molex specifications.
Clearly understand individual and departmental goals to contribute effectively toward achieving quality and delivery targets.
Manage production plan adjustments, line rotations, and downtime caused by process issues, scrap, or sub-material consumption.
Conduct training for Production Leaders, Technicians, and other team members on product specifications, line control, machine operation and repair, kaizen practices, and zero-defect initiatives.
Create and verify work instructions to ensure process consistency and compliance.
Organize and manage changing points during shifts; report abnormalities to direct supervisors. Collaborate closely with Production Control and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve quality issues and line downtime.
Promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) and zero-defect initiatives within shift operations.
Implement trial runs for product transfers and new product development (from NPI to MP).
Analyze problems and implement countermeasures for returned finished goods and Quality Notifications (QN), ensuring corrective actions are applied in shift operations.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports.
Assess the performance of subordinates and provide constructive feedback.Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments (preferably in electronics, SMT, or related industries)
Solid understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) and Mass Production (MP) builds
Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on data analysis (preferably with experience in CPK, Box Plot, and other statistical tools)
Skilled in operating measurement instruments (preferably OMM, projectors, force checkers, soldering tools, etc.)
Basic English communication skills
Knowledge of machine operation is a plusModern and professional American-standard environment
