POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will contribute to keeping the accounting process and financial control of the company up to standard (both statutory and internal), as well as maintaining & developing internal control policies and procedure to support sustainable and healthy growth of business.

Primary Activities

General Accounting

• Review month-end/ year-end profit and loss and balance sheet statements.
• Make sure all accounting records complied with Accounting Standard.
  
  

Financial analysis

• Expenses analysis vs Prior/ PP/ Fcts (review report from BSC; put comments, tracking)
• Meeting with business S&OP related to expenses improvement and correct investment
  
  

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Perform periodic assessment and improvement of financial controls vs internal control system.
• Utilize accounting and compliance IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records.
• All SOP and procedure related expenses
• Incharge of all internal control tools & dashboards
• Partner with Compliance to conduct periodic risk-assessment in high risks areas.
  
  

Business Partnering

• Support business team to find effective solutions and improve operational efficiency
  
  

Tax

• Co-ordinate with BSC, provide required document and review monthly VAT, FCT prepared by tax consultant firm.
• Quarterly/yearly calculate CIT.
  
  

Animal Health Business

• General Accounting and Taxation
  
  

Support projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.

Education, Experience & Competencies

Desired Experience/Education

• Proven experience in Accounting, Process and Financial Control (3-5 years’ experience).
• Good communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize.
• Good understanding of local regulations in accounting and tax
• Business partner mindset
• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting required
• Professional certificate in Finance and Accounting + experience on SAP are well advantage.
