ABOUT THE JOB
Technical Development Advisory is responsible for the design and delivery of technical learning content and programs that build capability across the organisation's technology workforce. Working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, propose relevant technical learning solutions, deliver technical training sessions, and measure learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement across India, Vietnam, and Australia.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to advise complex technical concepts into learning & development roadmap;
  
• Development Program Delivery: Advising learning framework & strategies that enhance employee skills and knowledge across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning) catering to diverse learning styles and capability levels;
  
• Assessment and Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics;
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must Have:

• Extensive background in learning content development
• Proven experience in delivering technical training in a corporate environment.
• Experience administering and optimising learning management systems and educational technology platforms.
• Background in working with technical subject matter experts and translating technical content into effective learning experiences.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
  

Other Capabilities (Key Skills)

• Proficiency in advising adult learning framework principles.
• Understanding of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD).
• Proficiency in learning technologies, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and LMS platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI
