* Recruitment and Selection
- Design hiring plan for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs
- Captivating, screening, and selecting potential and qualified candidates based on objective criteria for a particular job
* Performance management
- Establishing goals and objectives, which will be the target employees want to reach and will mark the desired state they wish to arrive to
- Providing regular feedback on performance during the whole year, and at the same time providing direction and support, and coaching employees to modify performance and increase exercise where necessary
* Learning and development
- Ensures appraisals are carried out for every employee timely or as per hotels management policy, and also reviews all appraisals and follows up on development needs, if required.
- Improve the current or future performance of an employee by increasing the ability of an employee through educating and increasing one’s skills or knowledge in the particular subject
* Talent development
- Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
- Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials
- Drive with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, food festivals, annual picnic, holiday party, farewell party, community services etc.
- Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counseling and discipline
* Retention
- Continually assesses employee morale by analyzing turnover records, and resignations
- To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered
