Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

• Driving top-line revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and channel optimization.

• Leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for both properties.

• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies.

• Implementing data-driven decisions to maximize profitability across transient, OTA, and contracted segments.

Reservation Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of bookings.

• Manage OTA extranets, PMS/CRS updates, and ensure rate parity across all channels.

• Monitor reservation flow and optimize conversion rates through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

• Train, guide, and support the reservations team to deliver excellent guest service from the first point of contact.

• Ensure accuracy of guest data, booking details, and pre-arrival communication.

Strong analytical mindset with a commercial edge.

Familiarity with PMS, CRS, RMS tools and OTA ecosystems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Vietnam experience is beneficial.
