Mô tả công việc
• Prepare, calculate, and process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure correct calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, service charge, and other related payments.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and Finance as required.
Benefits & Statutory Compliance
• Administer social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other statutory benefits in compliance with Vietnamese labour laws.
• Handle employee enrolment, adjustments, and termination procedures related to insurance and benefits.
• Prepare and submit all required reports to relevant authorities accurately and on time.
• Ensure personal income tax (PIT) calculation, declaration, and finalization are handled correctly.
Employment Contract Management
• Assist HR in drafting, updating, and managing employment contracts for new and existing employees in accordance with company policy and Vietnamese labour law.
• Track contract durations, renewals, amendments to job titles, salaries, and related terms.
• Ensure employment contracts are fully signed, stored accurately in HRIS and personnel files.
• Support employees with questions related to contract terms, rights, and obligations.
HR Administration & Data Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation, benefits, contracts, and personal information in HRIS and personnel files.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all payroll, contract, and employee data.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to payroll and HR compliance.
Policy Implementation & Improvement
• Implement corporate and local policies related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and contract management.
• Support the review and improvement of C&B policies to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
• Assist in annual salary reviews, benefits analysis, and benchmarking when required.
Employee Support & Communication
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, insurance, contracts, and tax matters.
• Clearly explain compensation, benefits, and contract policies to employees and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or HR operations
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, social insurance, PIT, and related regulations
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll software
• English communication skills are an advantage
• Experience in hospitality or service industry is preferred
