- To ensure timely availability of materials and program on machines.
- To plan fault free production in the whole department.
- To ensure the availability of chemicals, manpower, and other utilities in time.
- To ensure timely transfer of the processed material to next department.
- To ensure the efficiency and production of the department.
- To attend every problem on machines immediately.
- Contribute significantly for the betterment of the department.
- To ensure the quality of the processed fabric
- To solve the problem on machines and maintain quality of work and fabric
- To inform deputy manager in case of any abnormality on machines or in fabric.
- To check results of fabrics in the quality assurance lab on regular basis.
- To check fabric quality at inspection and improve quality of fabrics where needed.
- To ensure safety of machines and material during the process.
- Be sincere and loyal to the organization and the department.
- Patrolling (constant department rounds during shift working and to note the parameters as per standard, condition of the machines and the material running in machines)
- To ensure discipline inside department.
- To implement SOPs throughout the department.
- Any other task given by the top management.
